At many events, guests are divided into groups. This is particularly true for back-to-back events.
Group managers are responsible for eliciting, managing and organizing group data.
Full access to your group’s information
Group managers have a higher level of access on the guest portal. They can view and modify the information of all the guests in their group.


Bulk upload guests
Download your Excel template with a column for each field in your module, fill it in with your guests’ data and bulk upload the Excel template with all the information.
Invitation and direct emails with your guests
On the same portal, you can send emails directly to your guests, manually add new guests and select guests listed on the database.
