## Parlam Software drives BeGuest, its event management solution

BeGuest is a product of Parlam Software, a Barcelona-based company that has been developing cloud-based digital solutions since 2010 to optimise internal processes within organisations.

After transforming translation project management with Parlam TMS, the team identified a clear need: a modern, comprehensive and flexible solution for event management.

That’s how BeGuest was born,  a platform designed to centralise operations and simplify complexity.

## A real response to industry challenges 

For years, agencies and companies have had to manage their events using scattered tools, manual processes and fragmented communication.

**BeGuest was created to change that**.

An all-in-one solution that centralises guests, forms, communications, agendas, accommodation and reports into a single digital environment, connected and efficient.
