Parlam Software expands with BeGuest – A complete solution for event management

BeGuest is a product by Parlam Software, a Barcelona-based company that has been developing cloud-based digital solutions since 2010 to improve internal processes for organizations. Their first launch, Parlam TMS, revolutionized how companies manage translation projects, streamlining tasks and connecting teams and CMSs with multiple vendors and languages. 

This experience revealed a new need: a modern and complete solution to manage events. That's how BeGuest was born, an event management software built for agencies and companies that want full control from a single, centralized platform.

For years, agencies and companies have struggled with the same event planning issues: dispersed tools, fragmented communication and a heavy manual workload.
