What is the best pack for me?
It’s best to start with a smaller pack that fits your upcoming event size and expected number of guests. As you gain confidence and integrate BeGuest into your workflow, you can upgrade to larger packs based on your needs
What happens if I run out of guest balance during an event?
BeGuest will not interrupt your event at any point. However, some features may be temporarily limited until you top up your balance. You can still continue managing your event as usual
Do I need to enter my credit card to create an account?
No. Creating a BeGuest account is completely free and does not require a credit card. You only need to add a payment method when purchasing guest packs
Do guest packs expire?
No. Your guest balance is always available. It does not expire and can be used whenever you need. Each top-up is automatically added to your balance. Guests are only deducted when added.
Does BeGuest offer support?
Yes, all BeGuest accounts include support
Is there a free trial?
No, BeGuest does not offer a traditional free trial, as there is no time limit to explore the platform. You can take your time to get familiar with all features before using it actively
I’m an agency managing multiple clients. What should I do?
You’ll be able to manage multiple clients independently, each with their own subdomain (e.g. client1.youragency.com).
Each client’s data is fully isolated, ensuring privacy and security. You can also manage shared billing accounts across clients, allowing you to distribute guest packs across different subdomains
What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay by credit card or bank transfer
Are prices tax excluded?
No, prices are not tax excluded. Taxes will be applied according to the applicable fiscal legislation based on the billing country
Can I add all users in my organisation as administrators?
Yes, in BeGuest there is no limit or additional cost for the number of organisers you have. You are only charged for guests added to events, not for the users managing the platform
What happens if my event has more than 10,000 guests?
If your event has more than 10,000 guests, simply contact us to get a customised plan tailored to your needs. Contact us at support@beguest.io
