Frequently asked questions

Is there a time limit to use my Guest pack?

No, your Guest Pack never expire.
You can use them whenever your want. Each time you top up, the new Guests add to your current balance. They will be deducted as you add guests or publish events. 

Whick pack is best for me?
Start with a small pack that fits your next event and estimated number of guests. As you grow more confident with the platform and scale your event strategy, you can move up to larger packs based on your needs. 
 
What happens if I run out of Guests mid-event?

BeGuest won't stop your event. However, some functions (such as sending emails or generating new reports) may be temporarily limited until your balance is topped up. You can still use the platform normally to manage your ongoing event. 

Do I need to enter my credit card to create my account in BeGuest?

No. Creating a BeGuest account is completely free and does not require a credit card. You will only need to add a payment method when you decide to purchase Guest packs to activate your events. 

Does BeGuest provide support?

Yes, all BeGuest plans include support

Is there a free trial period for BeGuest?

BeGuest does not offer a limiter-time trial, because there is no limit to explore the platform. You can create your account, learn at your own pace and decide when to start using it actively. 

I'm an agency and I work with multiple clients, what should I do?
If you are an agency, when creating your account select the option “I am an agency and create events for my clients.”
From your agency account, you can manage multiple clients independently by creating a dedicated subdomain for each one (for example, client1.youragency.com, client2.youragency.com).
To do this, you need to purchase the Wildcard Domain crown.
Each client’s data is fully isolated within its own account, ensuring privacy and security. In addition, you can manage one or multiple shared billing accounts across your clients, allowing you, for example, to purchase a 1,000-user pack and distribute it across your subdomain accounts.
What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer (contact our team for details: support@beguest.io). 

Are prices shown with taxes included?

No, prices do not include taxes. Taxes will be applied according to the current tax regulations of the billing country.

What if my event has more than 10,000 guests?

Just contact us! We'll prepare a customized plan to fit your exact needs:  support@beguest.io
