What are PAX and how do they work?
In BeGuest, each PAX represents one person in an event group. If a person is included in two groups, this counts as 2 PAX.
When you publish and event or add guests, PAX are deducted from your balance. If your balance goes negative, your event remains active, but certain features like reports or mailings will be limited until you update your balance.

What's the difference between PAX packs and the Enterprise Plan?
PAX packs are needed to launch events, as each guest in a group consumes 1 PAX. The Enterprise plan is an optional add-on that provides advanced features such as custom domains, document signing, cost management and more.
In short: PAX packs are always required, while the Enterprise Plan adds extra functionality for those who want to take their event managemenet to the next level.
Is there a time limit to use my PAX?
No, your PAX never expire.
You can use them whenever your want. Each time you top up, the new PAX add to your current balance. They will be deducted as you add guests or publish events.
Whick pack is best for me?
What happens if I run out of PAX mid-event?
BeGuest won't stop your event. However, some functions (such as sending emails or generating new reports) may be temporarily limited until your balance is topped up. You can still use the platform normally to manage your ongoing event.
Do I need to enter my credit card to create my account in BeGuest?
No. Creating a BeGuest account is completely free and does not require a credit card. You will only need to add a payment method when you decide to purchase PAX packs to activate your events.
Does BeGuest provide support?
Yes, all BeGuest plans include standard support. The Enterprise Plan includes a dedicated account manager.
Is there a free trial period for BeGuest?
BeGuest does not offer a limiter-time trial, because there is no limit to explore the platform. You can create your account, learn at your own pace and decide when to start using it actively.
I'm an agency and I work with multiple clients, what should I do?
What payment methods are accepted?

Are prices shown with taxes included?
No, prices do not include taxes. Taxes will be applied according to the current tax regulations of the billing country.
Can I add multiple event organizers from my team?
Yes, there is no extra charge for adding as many organizers/group managers as you want. Only guests consume PAX, users managing the platform do not.
What if my event has more than 10,000 guests?
Just contact us! We'll prepare a customized plan to fit your exact needs: support@beguest.io
